The Role

The Cloud Specialist is a visionary expert and technical leader responsible for shaping the architectural direction of our multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will be the primary authority on cloud architecture, design, and operations, acting as the L3/L4 escalation point for critical incidents and providing strategic advisory support to our clients. This role requires not only deep technical expertise but also the ability to think strategically and translate business goals into scalable, secure, and resilient technical architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of secure and resilient multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures aligned with business and compliance requirements.

  • Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for all cloud-related incidents and problems, providing advanced L3/L4 support.

  • Drive automation initiatives across the organization using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Ansible) to streamline operations.

  • Oversee and implement advanced cloud capabilities, including Kubernetes clusters, serverless functions, and data platforms.

  • Lead FinOps practices, providing strategic guidance on cost optimization and resource efficiency.

  • Act as a technical leader, mentoring Cloud Engineers and Infrastructure staff, and providing strategic recommendations to client stakeholders.

  • Ensure continuous improvement in the cloud environment through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and compliance enforcement.

  • Independently design, deploy, and manage secure and resilient cloud environments on one or more platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

  • Lead the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

  • Provide advanced L3 support for escalated cloud incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing long-term solutions.

  • Oversee and optimize cloud operations, including monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

  • Contribute to FinOps initiatives by identifying and implementing cost optimization strategies.

  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code/IaC reviews, and provide technical guidance.

  • Ensure all cloud solutions comply with security policies and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with hands-on expertise in at least one major cloud platform.

  • Strong knowledge of IaC tools and automation pipelines.

  • Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and microservices is a plus.

  • Professional-level proficiency in creating structured reports, presentations, and collaborative analysis using Google Workspace.

  • Strong collaboration skills in shared digital environments.

The Role

The Service Delivery Manager is a visionary expert and technical leader responsible for shaping the overall client service experience. You will be the primary point of contact and authority on service delivery, ensuring that all managed services align with the client’s strategic business objectives. This role requires not only deep expertise in IT service management but also the ability to think strategically, influence stakeholders, and exemplify leadership in a high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor between the client and the managed service team, ensuring alignment with SLAs and business goals.

  • Lead the governance and management of IT services, including regular service reviews and executive-level communication.

  • Drive large-scale continuous service improvement initiatives and cost optimization strategies.

  • Maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction, handling all high-impact escalations with professionalism and strategic foresight.

  • Provide strategic input on service roadmaps and technology adoption to help the client achieve cloud transformation goals.

  • Mentor and provide strategic guidance to mid-level and junior Service Delivery Managers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery, account management, and client relationship management.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale IT managed services (ITMS).

  • ITIL Expert or PMP certification is highly preferred.

  • Expert-level mastery of Google Workspace applied to project leadership; able to orchestrate collaborative workstreams, synthesize complex data, and prepare client deliverables at executive standard.
