The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Full Stack Firebase Developer with deep expertise in the Firebase ecosystem and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and technical leader, responsible for designing and architecting scalable, robust, and secure applications. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the technical direction of projects, mentoring other developers, and making high-impact decisions that shape our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable, secure, and resilient full-stack solutions using the entire Firebase and GCP ecosystem.

  • Lead the technical strategy and execution for key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Serve as a technical authority, providing expert guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers.

  • Make critical architectural decisions and select appropriate technologies to build future-ready applications.

  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and system performance across the team.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and a long-term technology roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a strong portfolio of complex projects.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in the entire Firebase ecosystem and a comprehensive understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture.

  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with additional experience in related languages.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance applications.

  • Experience with Genkit, Cloud Messaging, and advanced GCP services is highly desirable.
